Terms of Service


·        We require a 48-hour notice (MINIUMUM) to alter the schedule. Cases of illness or family emergency will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. If a request is made with less than 48 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to deny said request or charge a service fee up to half the cost of your regular cleaning rate.

·        In the case of inclement weather, we will attempt to do what we can to protect our employees. We request the ability to alter the schedule slightly to accommodate the weather while still providing you with the best service possible.

·        During winter months all driveways, sidewalks, walkways, pathways etc. must be kept clear of snow and ice. Your service may be disrupted if driveways are impassable, or entry ways are deemed unsafe.

·        We politely request that all holiday and special event schedule alterations be requested AT LEAST 14 days in advance; preferably 21 days. We all love spending time with family, and we want to give ALL the clients that same opportunity for service prior to holidays whenever possible.

·        Business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm and Saturdays 8:00am-1:00pm.  Everyone deserves a day of rest each week. Please be considerate if communication outside of business hours is necessary and understand that a response may be delayed until regular business hours.

·        Your quoted rate can fluctuate slightly as the seasons change, when there is heavier than normal traffic in your home, and when you request extra services. Please keep this in mind when you review your monthly billing statements. We reevaluate regularly as everyone’s life events change and needs may shift over time.

·        Invoices will be sent out via email on the first of each month (or on the first business day if the first lands on the weekend). We currently accept cash or check. Clients will be given self-addressed stamped envelopes for their convenience to remit payment. Clients wishing to pay cash can do so by leaving their payment at their residence on their cleaning date.

·        Our hourly rate (after initial cleanings) is $28/hour. This rate only applies to clients that have a cleaning schedule that repeats every 30 days or less. Clients that choose to have cleanings less than once per month are outside of the “Timely Fashion” indicated on your original quote and will be charged at $33/hour.  This also applies to seasonal clients whose homes sit dormant during the off season.

·        Although we attempt to keep your time and day as regular as possible, things can throw us off that are out of our control. Please note that we have the right to come to your home at ANY TIME during business hours on your scheduled day. We will attempt any and all communication possible with you to ensure your satisfaction.

·        We reserve the right to deny service to a client if the situation or atmosphere becomes dangerous, harmful or we believe that the law is being broken.

·        Late or nonpayment will result in a $100.00 service fee. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice and should be paid within 30 days. If you are having trouble paying your bill or have questions, please contact us.
