Types of Cleaning

General/Maintenance Cleaning List

Bedrooms/Dens:

·       Overhead dust: Using a webhead brush on an eight-foot extension pole, all reachable corners, window frames and baseboards.

·       Underhand dust: Polish all woodwork that is visible/reachable. This includes picture frames, bed frames, shelves, hutches, dressers, end tables, window sills, entertainment centers, and ledges.

·       Windex: general fingerprints/petprints on reachable windows/sliders. INSIDES ONLY.

·       Linen: Strip beds, remake beds, straighten pillows/sheets/blankets.

·       Trash: Dispose of any, reline trash cans.

·       Vacuum: all visible floors, under beds (if able), rugs (shook if not vacuumable).

·       Mop: all visible floors where applicable.

Living Rooms/Sun Rooms/Dining rooms:

·       Overhead dust: Using a webhead brush on an eight-foot extension pole, all reachable corners, window frames and baseboards.

·       Underhand dust: Polish all woodwork that is visible/reachable. This includes picture frames, shelves, hutches, dressers, end tables, window sills, entertainment centers, and ledges.

·       Sanitize: Tables and chairs (like a dining table), light switches, door knobs.

·       Windex: general fingerprints/petprints on reachable windows/sliders. INSIDES ONLY.

·       Trash: Dispose of any, reline trash cans.

·       Vacuum: all visible floors and rugs (shook if not vacuumable).

·       Mop: all visible floors where applicable.

Kitchens/Bars:

·       Overhead dust: Using a webhead brush on an eight-foot extension pole, all reachable corners, window frames and baseboards.

·       Underhand dust: Polish all woodwork that is visible/reachable. This includes picture frames, shelves, hutches, dressers, end tables, window sills, entertainment centers, and ledges.

·       Sanitize: Tables and chairs (like a dining table), light switches, door knobs, counters, backsplash, cabinet FRONTS, sinks, microwaves, stoveTOPS, refrigerator FRONTS, polish stainless steel.

·       Windex: general fingerprints/petprints on reachable windows/sliders. INSIDES ONLY.

·       Trash: Dispose of any, reline trash cans.

·       Vacuum: all visible floors and rugs (shook if not vacuumable).

·       Mop: all visible floors where applicable.

Bathrooms:

·       Sanitize: Sinks, counters, toilets, showers, and tubs.

·       Trash: Dispose of any, reline trash cans.

·       Vacuum: all visible floors, and rugs (shook if not vacuumable).

·       Mop: all visible floors where applicable.

Entries/Stairwells/Laundry Rooms:

·       Overhead dust: Using a webhead brush on an eight-foot extension pole, all reachable corners, window frames and baseboards.

·       Underhand dust: Polish all woodwork that is visible/reachable. This includes picture frames, shelves, hutches, dressers, end tables, window sills, entertainment centers, and ledges.

·       Windex: general fingerprints/petprints on reachable windows/sliders. INSIDES ONLY.

·       Sanitize: Washer/Dryer tops and fronts, deep sinks.

·       Trash: Dispose of any, reline trash cans.

·       Vacuum: all visible floors and rugs (shook if not vacuumable).

·       Mop: all visible floors where applicable.

Post Construction Clean Up

Bedrooms/Dens:

·       Wiped with Murphy’s Oil

o   Baseboards

o   Door trim

o   Door frames

o   Window frames

o   Ceiling fans

o   Light switch plates

o   Electric outlet plates

·       Wiped with Spic and Span

o   Door knobs

·       Vacuuming

o   Complete vacuuming of all rooms including crevasse attachments used in the corners and around all edges to pick up loose carpet fibers or debris. Closets included.

·       Mopping

o   Complete mopping of all rooms where applicable.

Kitchen:

·       All of the above PLUS

·       Wiped with Spic and Span

o   Insides of all cupboards

o   Outsides of all cupboards

o   Tops of cupboards if not to the ceiling

o   Molding

o   Counters

o   Stovetop

o   Microwave

o   Sink

o   Refrigerator

o   Stainless steel buffed (when applicable)

·       Vacuuming

o   All cupboards vacuumed of wood chips/drywall dust.

Bathrooms:

·       All of the above PLUS

·       Sanitizing of

o   Toilet

o   Shower

o   Tub

o   Sinks

o   Counters

·       Windex

o   Mirrors

o   Glass shower doors

Stairwells/Hallways:

·       Vacuumed and/or mopped based on previous specifications.

·       Railings/Rungs wiped with Murphy’s oil

Laundry/Entry:

·       All of the above PLUS

·       Wiped with Spic and Span

o   Fronts and tops of washer and dryer, all buttons and knobs.

o   Deep tubs including their counters and hardware.

POST CONSTRUCTION CLEAN UP IS CHARGED AT $50 PER HOUR

Deep Cleaning

Anything not listed in a general/maintenance cleaning is considered deep cleaning (i.e.: washing baseboards by hand, interior of kitchen stove, moving heavy furniture, etc.). All deep cleaning will be charged on an hourly rate and will be quoted as needed. 

DEEP CLEANING IS CHARGED AT $50 PER HOUR.
